3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Where we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing of personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. For processing necessary for the performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. For compliance with legal obligations, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR applies. For legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies.

5. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager itself does not process personal data. It triggers other tags that may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented via Google Tag Manager.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the efficient management of website tags).

With your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. This data is encrypted, anonymised within seven days, and the anonymised data is deleted within 90 days.

LinkedIn does not share personal data with Am Ball but provides only aggregated reports about website audiences and ad performance.
