27.07.2026 - Golf's oldest and most storied championship gains a new partner: Am Ball is now an official licensee of The Open. A first step that marks our ambition to represent sport in its many facets and disciplines.
The Open, known internationally as the British Open, was first played in 1860 and is the oldest of golf's four major championships. It is contested on the historic links courses of Great Britain, where the winner earns the title of "Champion Golfer of the Year." In 2026 the championship was held from 12 to 19 July at Royal Birkdale in Southport, England, the eleventh time the venue has hosted The Open.
A trophy with this much history deserves collectibles that live up to it. We are glad to announce that we may enrich this storied competition with quality merchandise around the Claret Jug.
